Terms and Conditions
 
  1. Global Call (UK) (hereinafter referred as ''GCUK'') shall render services only if the customer has credited account with GCUK and the credit remaining on the account.

  2. Once the account is credited, its non refundable after 7 days of its registration.

  3. Charges are calculated in accordance with GCUK's current tariff from time to time which is available on request from GCUK.

  4. Payments into account are to be made by credit card or such other method as we may agree from time to time.

  5. You may only incur charges when you have established an Account. Charges for each call will be deducted from the value of the credit in an account as calls are made. When the credit in your account is used up the call will be disconnected and an additional payment will be made to an account if the customer wishes to continue to use the services.

  6. Customer should not use the services to send a communication which is offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing or which may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any one.

  7. The service or any account may be suspended at GCUK's sole discretion where it reasonable cause to do so.

  8. GCUK shall be entitled to amend and/or update these terms and conditions on notice to customers.

  9. GCUK shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by the customer as a result of any suspension or termination of an account and/or of the services.

  10. GCUK shall reserve the right to change the call tariff at any time, without prior notice.

  11. GCUK cannot guarantee that the services shall be free of faults and interruptions, timely or secure to the extend that it may be effected by things GCUK cannot control, such as lack of network capacity. GCUK will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but if a customer does experience a problem, or suspect a fault then the customer should contact the GCUK Service Centre promptly

  12. GCUK reserves the right to transfer all or assign all or part of this agreement to another person.

  13. Information you provide or GCUK hold (whether or not under this Agreement) may be used by us and/or our employees to; identify you when you make telephone enquiries; help to detect fraud, loss or criminal activity.

  14. In connection with this Agreement GCUK may carry out credit and fraud prevention check with one or more licensed credit reference and fraud prevention agencies and they will retain a copy of the search. Information from your application and payment details of your account will be recorded with one or more of these agencies and may be shared with other organizations to help make credit and insurance decisions about you and member of your household and for debt collection and fraud prevention purpose. This includes those who have moved house and are in default.

  15. If you provide false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this. GCUK and other credit organization may use and search the records referred to in clause 14:

    a) to make decisions on credit or credit-related services for you and other members of your household.

    b) for debt collection, fraud prevention and management of your Account; and

    c) to check your identity to prevent money laundering unless other satisfactory proof of identity is provided. If you require details of those credit reference and fraud prevention agencies from which we obtain and with which we record information about you, then please contact us.

  16. GCUK does not issue itemized call records. You accept that any supply of the services to any person making telephone calls on your Account is deemed to be authorized by you and that you must pay any Charges arising out of that use unless you let us know at the first reasonable opportunity if you discover that someone is using your Account without your permission.
